Aug 19,2017 -     Time: 9:00 am - 6:00 pm

Come enjoy a day of meditation and fellowship with your peers in recovery, in the quiet of the wooded temple grounds.

We will begin and end the retreat with a Buddhist recovery meeting, and explore sitting and walking meditation practice with or without instruction. We will also have a group Dhamma discussion in the afternoon and a session of “mindful movement” to soothe our tired muscles!

Meeting and Retreat facilitator
Debra G., Northwest Buddhist Recovery

Meditation and Dhamma discussion facilitator
Ben G., Sumas Mtn. Buddhist Fellowship
